Deer Park Pond
Deer Park Pond (55 acres) is a pretty man-made lake in Allamuchy Township, Warren County. It is in Allamuchy Mountain State Park. The lake is shallow, and is often weed-covered by the middle of summer. The following photos were take in May.
Getting There
Deer Park Pond requires effort in order to visit. From the parking lot on Waterloo Road, there is a steep climb up the hill to the pond. The trails are well marked, and quite pretty.
